These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bragman for Fairfax Town Council website and Campaign communications. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

You may use this website for lawful purposes, including learning about the Campaign, contacting the Campaign, requesting Campaign information, volunteering, or obtaining information about how to support the Campaign. Donations

The current Donate page provides instructions for contributing by check. If the Campaign later uses a third-party online contribution processor, contributions made through that service will also be subject to the processor's terms, privacy policy, eligibility requirements, and any campaign-finance rules presented during the contribution process.

This website may link to websites or services operated by third parties. The Campaign does not control those third-party sites or their terms and privacy practices.
